As a mental fitness coach I support you in accepting and appreciating yourself as you are. This empowers you to show the world your authentic self, with all its edges and imperfections. I also encourage you to tap into your inner wisdom so that you can live the life of your dreams. We build on your strengths and enable you to share your unique experiences and knowledge with others.
During the scientifically proven 6-week programme you will learn how to weaken your inner saboteurs and strengthen your positive energy.
In total, you invest about 3 percent of your weekly time:
